In recent years English has gained a lot of attention from leaders, parents, students. Almost every elementary school has English rooms and is invested with many modern equipment. Why is that? Because in the modern age of information technology, English is a widely used language, the second language of many countries around the world. A tool to integrate with the world. Being a pioneer in officially introducing English subject to teaching in primary schools in Ha Nam province, there are many difficulties. But after 3 years of implementing the project of teaching foreign languages thanks to the constant efforts of all levels of industry and very high effort to overcome many difficulties of English teachers, the first step of English was learned by the students. Students welcome and study very enthusiastically. Parents are always attentive to encouragement. As an English teacher, I am very excited to see that you are very excited when it comes to studying English. They are no longer afraid to learn English but are afraid of not learning English. So how to prolong the learning spirit, the passionate attraction of students for English is the responsibility, the love of career, the innovation, the ceaseless creation in the lessons of Each of our English teachers.
After a period of time, Thanh hoa Department of Education and Training went to study and improve foreign language ability, especially the course on professional skills taught by Hanoi University. I have learnt many methods and new things that I as well as my colleagues are applying and effective.

Teaching is a job with many challenges. Every year, new challenges arise because the world is changing day by day and teachers must always be willing to receive and pass on new knowledge to students. mine. One problem that many teachers suffer is how to introduce vocabulary so that they can not only understand but also feel interesting. Their young brains will be extremely pressured by the methods. Introduce and test vocabulary in the way of writing, cramming and memorizing. If there are no interesting ways to teach and test vocabulary, then you will consider vocabulary learning to deal with times. check. Vocabulary is the most important tool and means of learning English. In any skill of language learning, vocabulary must be used. So English vocabulary is the capital, the main tool for English learners. In a lesson in English, most classes have a vocabulary introduction. In order for the lesson to achieve high results, students must know how to pronounce and use words. In order to achieve efficiency, teachers must choose appropriate teaching methods to make them easy to understand, remember, and use. At present, English is a new and difficult subject in elementary school, most students and parents are not really interested. Vocabulary is an important and indispensable factor in language used for communicative activity. So, mastering numbers vocabulary is necessary. 1.3. Research subjects: "Attracting students in teaching and testing vocabulary at Thieu Long Primary school" - Students of grade 5, class 5A of Thieu Long primary school. 1.4. Method of research: To research a topic, people often choose many different methods. With this topic, I use the following methods: 1 / Theoretical research method I read the conducting material issues related to my research needs. 2. Learning experience from my colleagues Attend the colleagues’ lesson to follow their good method. 3. Experimental matching method. 4. Observation method. 5. Visual method and oral method. Methods of teaching English has been a lot of talking and discussion. Learn how to best? Teach how to truly quality and efficiency? That's what concerns the concern myself but every teacher of English. A normal classroom lessons also need to prepare carefully can teach good and effective. Teaching vocabulary is only one part of the lesson but it plays an extremely important role in the success of the whole lesson because of the practice of sentence patterns, forging fluency, fluency and smooth communication skills. Whether or not it depends on whether students can read new words, grasp the meaning and use of vocabulary. So teachers must have appropriate teaching methods for each lesson. How to make each introduction and test your vocabulary feel exciting but still effective. Through practical teaching over the years, I have found that the old method of teaching and learning vocabulary often takes place in a way: Teachers read articles and list words that teachers have never appeared in the teaching process called new words (new words) then the teacher writes all the new words on the board, explains the meaning in Vietnamese and then reads them a few times. Make them memorize new words to check in the next lesson. CONTENTS INNOVATION. 2.1. Reasoning Base Vocabulary is one of the most important parts of learning a foreign language. If you want to be good at English, even if you have any skill: listening, speaking, reading and writing, you need as much vocabulary as possible. Previously we had the habit of teaching vocabulary by providing quantity, meaning of words and making them memorize. This method keeps repeating in the lessons that make them boring. Now with modern equipment, we can apply and create many ways to teach interesting, effective and attractive vocabulary, creating a colorful playground in English. With the scope of this topic I am not ambitious and not enough to offer all the ways to teach English vocabulary, but I hope that these methods of teaching vocabulary will help students learn effectively and Do not feel pressure when learning vocabulary. Through the teaching process, I would like to introduce some methods of teaching, testing and learning English vocabulary that I find effective and interesting for students. 2. 2. Practical basis: - Any languages in the world, to communicate, it requires us to have a large amount of vocabulary. Because vocabulary is an indispensable component in the language used for communication activities. Thus, master the number of learned words to use is very important. - In English, we can not train and develop the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing of students without being based on the foundation of vocabulary. Indeed, if there is no necessary word, students can not listen, speak, read and write well, even if they have mastered structures. 2. 3. Situations. - Following the current distribution programs, there are two lessons per week for English in primary schools, and there are new words in almost lessons. To teach vocabulary well, lessons must be more vivid and teachers have to make pictures, maps for illustration, enabling students to easily remember words and draw attention to their subject or focus on lessons. - For the students, besides a number of children who study actively, there are many students learn only to cope with their teachers. They can not remember the words for a long time and use the words effectively. - There have been many difficulties for teacher of English because students can not be helped to study at home by their parents. Also, the ways students learn vocabulary is also need to be concerned, students often learn vocabulary by reading words in English and try to remember that in Vietnamese, they write in their notebooks is just to the deal with their teachers, not self-consciously check, to inculcate new words . Therefore, they are forgetful and easily confused these words with other words. As a result, many students get bored and forget the words. So teachers need to pay attention to this mentality of students. 2. 4. Problems before applying the experience initiative After analyzing the causes that make students afraid of learning English, not remember and use vocabulary ineffectively, I take a small survey. Specifically, in the beginning of the school year, I have taught English for class 5A, after some lessons, I asked students to do a vocabulary test by asking them to match English words with Vietnamese meaning (Matching): Match English words with Vietnamese meaning. 2. 5. Use images to teach vocabulary This is a common way but it brings very high efficiency in introducing and learning vocabulary. Sometimes they just need to belong to the song, the chant is that they have a relative vocabulary. This method helps children learn words naturally and comfortably without being forced to learn. With this method, teachers need to invest time to search on the websites of songs and chants, video clips that match the lesson content, in accordance with their physiology. I find using this method to teach and reinforce vocabulary very effectively. [2] 2.5. 2 Method of teaching vocabulary with TPR - TPR is a type of vocabulary learning that children like to be gentle, attractive, easy to absorb for students. You can TPR by song, chant (watch video clip and follow the activity). Or the teacher has just read the word and described the word in action, they say and follow it. Example: - clap your hand – clap, clap ,clap : vỗ tay - Stand up : đứng lên - sit down : ngồi xuống - shake your hand : lắc tay - shake your body : đung đưa cơ thể - Wash your hand : rửa tay - brush your teeth: đánh răng - run : chạy - swim : bơi - fly : bay - ride a bike : đi xe đạp -sing a song : hát -read a book : đọc sách ............................................................... - There are many words and phrases we can teach and learn through TPR to help the English lessons become more exciting. a. Teachers can point to real objects that are in class and introduce: "a book", "a pen", "a ruler" ........ The teacher then asks the students to look at the object and guess the meaning of the word. This method gives them an interest in learning and a high concentration because the words that teachers recommend are things that are very close to them everyday and easy to guess for them. Check and learn from the topic. Teachers can instruct students to draw simple pictures so students can remember longer. With this way, students are easy to learn, easy to remember and very interested. In fact it can be used to reinforce the vocabulary introduced in the lesson in a way that appeals to students in an organized and fun way. So teachers need to know how to use the games in the lessons so that students can learn while playing so that the lesson is gently relaxed. The effectiveness of experience initiatives for educational activities, with self, colleagues and the school Through practical application of innovative experiences in schools has brought a markedly positive results. Teachers participate actively fostering the bold, the awkward and unusual problems as before when no applicable experience initiatives. Applying innovative experience shorten the training time while maintaining the knowledge and skills necessary for them to take the exam students. Particularly interested students actively learn, explore newer knowledge. Although the results of students of all levels achieve very high yet, but this is the premise to help me continue to study and further improvement in the method of fostering students in the next academic year. After the implementation of the initiative, the students experience a positive, proactive learning, eager to participate in the contest, district, provincial and national level are organized in the last school year. They are confident and optimistic in their ability to do all. 2. 7: Results: After applying"Attracting students in teaching and testing vocabulary at Thieu Long Primary school" Students’ learning result has been increased significantly. Most of them are interested in learning and reading English with the following result: This is the resul of tests of 34 students of class 5A. Students communicate confidently and the study result is improved significantly. In the academic year 2018 - 2019 I have applied "Attracting students in teaching and testing vocabulary at Thieu Long Primary school" results indicate academic quality significantly. Number of gifted students increases. Most students have a more keen in learning English because students are using English to communicate with teachers and friends in the classroom as well as in volume. So I see the use of innovative approaches Grade 5 English program is positive and contributes to improving the quality of teaching myself and colleagues. 3. CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTIONS 3.1. General conclusion Using techniques to teach and test vocabulary helps students remember vocabulary more easily, and get more interested in the subject. Each game helps children focus on learning and communicate better. Then helps them study actively. Each game is an opportunity for students to exchange and consolidate knowledge and cause students’ excitement in learning. In teaching process, each teacher must combine knowledge content with language practice forms appropriately and efficiently. 3.2.
