To achieve this goal, it is necessary to train a knowledgeable, healthy, idealized and confident human resource in the bright future of the country. Therefore, the education and training development strategy is always considered and prioritized as investment priority. With that spirit, the Party and State as well as the Ministry of Education and Training has issued many resolutions, directives and documents to guide, guide and implement the renovation of the General Education Program, renovation of textbooks and renovation of teaching-learning methods at all levels.

Over the years, a growing number of students are becoming more diverse in their classes. Therefore, how can all these students help students maximize their lectures, especially for the weak student, which is a problem for every teacher. There is a difference between the ability of the students, the cognitive style, health . compared to other students. These students should be considered with their inherent characteristics in order to find ways to guide their children to the highest results, to prevent them from falling into constant difficulties in their studies. That is what I personally want to exchange, share, learn from colleagues to help students weak.

The problem of the current students is always concerned about the whole society and find solutions to overcome this situation. In order to develop a comprehensive education of the country, the teacher not only teaches but also learns methods to promote students' activeness and lower the rate of weak students. The problem is also difficult for many teachers. On the other hand, this is to contribute to the development of a modern teaching style and teaching in each teacher, which will help students develop new thinking in the acquisition of knowledge.

A. INTRODUCTION

This has led to the situation of students in the subject is still relatively high proportion. As a teacher teaching English, what should I do for weak students in English?
    From the fact of teaching English in Dinh Chuong Duong high school - Hau Loc district - a semi-public school was established in 1998 and has just been transferred to the public since 2010: The rate of weak students in English is very high, even these classes are from 35% to 50%. Therefore, myself and my comrades in the English as well as at school often have to teach classes with many weak students. As a result, many students are not only progressing, they are weaker, they have to retake them, they have to be retired and many of them have to leave the school. So, I think finding the cause and having this is a great way for students to move up to the required level and achieve higher results in general and English in particular. If we do this we will gradually improve the quality of teaching in general and English in particular, and will make them love to study, love to go to school, love school love class and especially will reduce more dropouts.
    For many years, I have always thought of causes and solutions, I applied them to my teaching practice and communicated in the professional group so that other comrades could study. In the academic year 2016 - 2017, I was assigned to teach English classes in 11B6, 12A2, 12A6, which are three of the classes with the weakest number 12 students, many students in class are weak in all subjects, including English.
   For the reasons above, right from the beginning of the school year, I always hope that the number of students who are interested in learning, love study and especially enjoy learning English. And this is also the reason for this year I chose the topic "Some experiences in helping the weak students in English of grade 11B6, 12A2, 12A6 at Dinh Chuong Duong high school" to write.
II. The purpose of the initiative Experience:
      - Helping students with weakness to reinforce basic knowledge of English, to grasp the knowledge gap from the lower classes.
      - Help students improve their sense of self-learning, self-learning habits, confidence in learning, gradually improving themselves.
      - Contribute to improve the quality of comprehensive education, improve the quality of teaching English 12 and quality of national high school graduation exam.
III. The basis of the initiative and the object of experience:
- Study on some experiences in weak pupils' tutoring work at Dinh Chuong Duong high school - Hau Loc district - Thanh Hoa province, especially the students of grade 11B6,12A2, 12A6.
- Research to find suitable methods and procedures to improve the quality of English for students of Dinh Chuong Duong High School.

B. CONTENT
    I. Rationale:
      Today English is the international language spoken in most countries in the world in the process of communication and exchange in many fields. Recognizing that importance, the Ministry of Education and Training has reformed English communication textbooks in the direction of communication focused on teaching students four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Aim for future generations to use English fluently. As with all other subjects, English is followed by a full sequence of steps. The teacher must always use effective methods to understand and study the subject in the most effective way. However, learning foreign languages ​​is more difficult than other subjects. The curriculum and textbooks are innovative, but the difficulty is also higher, for the students who have lost the basics, it is difficult to keep up with the program. Due to the uneven level of pupils, this has led to increasing student dissatisfaction. Students who have good ability to acquire good progress quickly and have basic knowledge and skills. Apply knowledge to practice. Besides, there are still many students who try hard, but because they do not have appropriate learning methods, with their families are not directed, so they are easily lost direction not interested, neglected with subject. Therefore, many children do not have the program, leading to the increasing rate of students, which is something that many teachers concern and concern. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and analyze the causes of their inability to find ways to guide them to achieve the maximum results, to avoid them falling into common difficulties. directly in the learning process.
The problem-solving method for students with weak subject aims to help students identify the content of basic knowledge, the focus was to learn exactly where in the classroom for some reason birth not yet captured. Once students acquire and apply the knowledge in the unit, they become interested in the subject. From there, they will define their own learning plan, self-study method, self-study, high self-esteem in cognitive thinking that will motivate students to progress.
      Improving knowledge for the weak student is a teacher who must find a way to supplement the "gaps" of knowledge for the student (mostly basic knowledge and focus in each textbook lesson. English). To fulfill this task, the teachers themselves need to accurately grasp and assess the level of knowledge gained in each student after each lesson to be able to get the tutoring plan.
     It is important for students to be fully self-conscious in their thinking and action, actively cooperating with the teacher, thinking carefully about the information they receive to "fill in the gaps in knowledge." and must always respond to knowledge in the most accurate and scientific way.
     In the context of this article, I would only like to present some objective and subjective reasons from teachers teaching subject matter that increase the rate of students with weak and some specific solutions to teachers themselves teach directly to reduce the rate of weak students in English in high school today.
II. Current situation
  Through my years of teaching English at a semi-public school, I would like to present and analyze the real and objective causes leading to weak student in learning. Dinh Chuong Duong-Hau Loc High School in particular and high schools in general as follows:
 1. On the school side
   Dinh Chuong Duong High School was established in 1998, when it was newly established as a semi-public school of Hau Loc District, in 2010 the new school was transferred to the public. Therefore, in the first 10 years of the school only the recruitment of students by the public schools in the District so the number of students only ensure the school in terms of quantity, And the morality is very low, so the number of students is 60-70%. From 2010 up to now, the school has been officially recruited students, but since the school has no quality students, not create prestige in the parent's parents so the quality of enrollment is still low, about 35 - 50% are weak. Besides, the school is located in Hau Loc District Town, the center of economic development and is also home of many games, net.. etc. so much influence on learning and training the moral of the students.
  2. On the student side
   - Students are not self-learning, not motivated learning, not determined to study, knowledge base from the bottom. Many students are exhausted in learning, not keeping up with you, lacking of knowledge, skills, being frustrated with learning, being fear of learning. The ability to pay attention and focus on lectures of teachers is not high, lazy to think, basic knowledge lower class, do not know how to promote their ability.
   - Students do not have scientific learning methods, most of them are passive learners, depend on the types of books to solve (copy work in notebooks but do not understand anything), rote learning, In the examination, spin and use documents.
   - Lazy students: Most students do not have time for self study, do not pay attention to studying, go home do not see the lesson, do not prepare the lesson, . For a small part, they do not know the purpose of learning. They just wait until the class, listen to the teacher lecture and then record the contents learned then go home to learn "parrot learning" does not understand what that content says.
   - Students with learning disabilities in the small class: This is an undeniable fact with the current curriculum. This can be attributed partly to the teacher's failure to properly assess student achievement.
   - Some students go to school erratically, but do not go to school, especially students are absent in the afternoon to gather at coffee shops ..etc.
3. On the family side
   - Most of the family working in agriculture or marine life face many economic difficulties, so they do not pay attention to their studies, just as their parents do not have time to pay attention to studying of their children, a small number of parents in the area go to work far away so that their children stay home alone or with their grandparents for a long time. Therefore, attention should be paid to their study and educational cooperation with the school and the teacher is very limited. In addition, there are a large number of parents who do not really care, take care and urge their children to study, entrust to the school, teachers .. Some unhappy families also influence on their study.
   - In addition, some parents too pampered their children, too confident in their children, so lazy students to take leave to work alone parents also agreed to allow absenteeism, accidentally make students lazy, lose basic and then weakened gradually.
  4. On the teacher side
    The reason students are weak is not only from the student but also from the teacher. People often say: Have a good teacher, have a good student. Today, in order to be able to perform well in teaching, teachers are required to constantly improve their professional skills. However, here is not a teacher with a good education, good graduates are good teaching, but the most important thing is that the teacher must classify and understand the groups of students in the class to know which method of teaching is appropriate for each student and with each content knowledge. Throughout the process of self-realization, there is still a small part of teachers not paying attention to students, especially students are weak. Undaunted to explore many new teaching methods to stimulate positive, active students. Not really interested in finding out the family situation and emotional feelings as well as the problems, anxiety in the interior has affected the results of each student to bring the children to weak condition
5. The social environment:
    - The socio-economic situation in the locality is generally up but unstable, seasonal. The income of the people is mainly based on agricultural crops, livestock breeds, many families have to work away or have relatives to export labor etc. This has caused psychological boredom, anxiety sometimes also give students the impression that they do not need to learn a comfortable life, well afforded.
    - The school's surroundings are more and more complex, more and more eateries, entertainment places such as the net..etc create temptations to attract students to eat, drop out of school, spend money to steal property and fight.
III. Implementation solutions:
     General measures:
1. Teachers build a friendly learning environment:
        Teacher friendliness is a prerequisite for effective measures. Through gestures, words, eyes, smile from the teacher creates a sense of security in the students so that they can express their learning difficulties in their own lives. Teachers always make the classroom atmosphere comfortable do not scold or use words of disrespect for the children, do not let the students feel afraid of the teacher but let the students love and respect more teachers.
       In addition, the teacher must give them positive feedback, such as the teacher should praise instead of denigrate, teachers find the work that they complete even small things to praise the children .For example: call poor students to read easy words or easy conversations and then after the teacher says "Very Good" or "Progress, active participation in learning activities" ...
2. Teachers classify students:
       Teachers should consider and classify the weakest students with their inherent characteristics in order to select appropriate measures to suit their individual characteristics. Some common problems in children are: ability to acquire articles, poor health, addiction games, lazy school, lack of confidence, shy ...
      During the design of the lecture, the teacher should consider the objectives and skill to enable the student to be properly strengthened and to practice appropriately. In this lesson, the student needs to be differentiated into each activity, with simple questions and simple exercises to facilitate the students' opportunity to participate in the presentation. Help them find their true place in the classroom.
I based on the previous year’s English mark, the grade of the yearly quality survey, the expression in the learning process in the classroom and the present grade ..etc. to classify students into the following groups:
 Group 1: Students have a general lack of knowledge, no or very low ability.
   Group 2: Conscious learning, ability to absorb post but slower than normal students.
   Group 3: Basic knowledge, sense of learning but not the right learning method
   Group 4: Students do not care, ignore learning, lazy students.
3. Educating the students' awareness of learning:
      Teachers must educate the student's awareness of learning and the importance of English in the society as well as in life thereby giving students an interest in learning, which will help students to reach out to people on. For example, in each lesson, teachers should relate a lot of knowledge to the students in order to see the application and importance of English in practice. From here, they will be interested in exploring knowledge.
     Teachers must investigate each student's situation in terms of family circumstances and routines, advise students on attitudes, organize games that incorporate the education of students in the sense of learning well. and overcome difficulties in learning, making them aware of the importance of learning. At the same time, teachers work with families to educate students' sense of learning. As there are now some parents who are constrained to their children's education, some parents are not interested in their children's learning, both of which result in the quality of their learning is not high. Teachers themselves need to analyze in order for parents to show proper care. Receive the attention of the family and teachers will give students the motivation, the will to strive.
4. Poor attendance:
      From the beginning of the year teachers have to check the quality of the students. Note to check for all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. Knowledge of the program in the lower class, subject to moderate, not too hard. Through the results of the survey early in the year to help teachers know the number of students weak and weak skills in any.

       In regular lessons, teachers also have to take care of the students during the lesson:
+ Students with weak vocabulary:
        Most of them do not know how to learn vocabulary, do not know form of the word, learn without remembering clearly, or remember meaning without the word. For students in this group, ask them to learn three new vocabulary each day. In the first 15 minutes, I asked the staff and some of the best students in the class to check these vocabulary weaknesses and report the results to me. On the next day of tutoring, will check all the vocabulary that asked the students to study for a week. To do so, for a student who subject study vocabulary hard soon the amount of vocabulary in their memory will be greatly increased.
    + Students with weak reading skills:
       Teachers must plan to teach them in reading skills. There are many ways to teach children to perfect this skill. For example, in the reading skills section, the teacher teaches normally, to read the teacher's instructions to the children, and tell them to read the text and the teacher can help them with the difficult words they have read. gradually students will read and improve gradually. In the reading section to find out also the weak students join the normal but just ask easy questions and close to the children to answer them.
    + Students with weak writing skills:
