Of the seven foreign languages popular in the world, English is the foreign language most used by many countries. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Training has introduced English subjects into compulsory teaching at all levels.
The Ministry of Education and Training has put English subjects into teaching from grade 1 so that students get to know the earliest English language, access to the era of integration. This is a new, daring decision and also cause many anxiety and concern for teachers, parents as well as the whole society because the Grade 1 students just stop at firmly read the Vietnamese alphabet, many stusents who are not fluent in English, can they learn English?
As an English teacher in primary school, I also wonder. So what to do to help them- the future owners of the country,young shoots if they are planted right now, will be able to bring the country to new heights with the five great powers. How exactly as President Ho Chi Minh taught? From the first days of teaching English to first graders I found that they were very excited about accepting a new language. The innocent eyes of the children listen intently to her, read. They quickly catch up, answer many questions even clumsily. At that time I thought: Should I go in the right direction, right goal. Difficultly Having taught elementary English for many years, I found that the quality of the course was not high. Through surveys, surveys and student feedback, I found some of the reasons for this limitation: 2.1. This is mainly a farming career, so students are not practicing what they learned in everyday communication. Therefore, students feel that learning English is compulsory, most of them are not aware of learning English is necessary for life later. 2.3.
