In the trend of globalization, integration and development today, English has become the most important language in the world, in all fields of social life, including the education sector. English as a communication tool is the key to the treasure of humanity. On the other hand, the wide application of information technology has made learning English become urgent and indispensable. So English has become one of the main subjects in the curriculum of students. Learning and using English require a process of creative exercise diligence of both the learner and the teacher. Especially in the situation of educational reform at present, English is widely supported to be taught in view of communication methods. The students have more opportunities to communicate with friends and actively participate in real life situations: Learning goes together with practice. The new English program in secondary school has been implemented across some schools in our country for many years with the goal of creating maximum opportunities for students to practise four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing on the situation or topic and content-related to communication environment in the country and abroad. The students at my school have been studying the program of new English book for more than one year and it is very difficult for both learners and teachers to find out the best way to study and language is not a formula subject but in reality. When learning English, most students and even teachers often focus on grammar rather than communication. The result is that many students are able to understand English grammar, but when communication situation comes up, they often feel embarrassed and afraid.

1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. The reason for choosing the theme:

In the role of an English teacher at secondary school, I have to try my best to find an effective way to attract my students to participate in course activities and help them feel more confident in communication. I have integrated the games, songs, stories or fun chant in all the lessons in order to improve skills for students. But with forty five minutes duration for a lesson, teachers and students have to ensure the amount of knowledge required for certification, students can not have more time to participate in extracurricular activities, especially for students in grades 6 at my school who have been studying the program of new English book. They are fully engaged four communication skills. However, listening and speaking skills are the most important skills in their communication but they are still limited. Most of the students are embarrassed when they work in pairs or individuals. Sometimes their activities do not take long enough as required. The change in facilitating the teaching and learning of English with grade six students in secondary schools is teaching living language instead of teaching words as many years ago. However, in practical English skills forged for students, teachers confronted with many difficulties, especially communication skill forged. Most of them are not good at communication skill. Facing with this situation as a direct teacher to teach English for students in grade 6, who have been studying the program of new English book, I myself always think of how to help students master, listen comprehension and maturely manipulate information. During both teaching and observing the students, I found the discipline and communication skill of the students having a lot of problems. Most students do not know how to communicate, I mean that they do not know how to use the words and grammatical structures that they know to communicate. In the classroom, students often say that although there are many words that they know they can not speak out. Therefore, in the teaching process, I find a number of methods for positive, simple, easy to develop communication ability, speculation and creativity of students. With my little experience, I boldly go into a problem: “Organizing English Club to develop the communication skill for the grade 6 students at Tinh Hai secondary school.”

+ Execution themed painting, performance, making postcards, posters, notices ..
+ Organize picnics to stimulate the spirit of learning English among students

2. CONTENT OF INITIATIVE:
2.1. Theoretical basis.
English, one of the foreign languages, ​​has been learned by many Vietnamese people for communicating, learning and doing research. Currently, because of new method in learning and teaching, students have more favorable exposure to the English language. Students have the opportunity to communicate in English and easy to apply in life. Prominent feature of the innovation agenda for new textbooks is maximum opportunity for students to practise four skills, especially listening and speaking skills to the teaching of English is really a difficult task. That students use English in real life is a difficult job, especially for coastal students in grade 6 at Tinh Hai secondary school.
To enhance the communicating, social skills and understanding for the students, the school has a lot of care to organize many kinds of extracurricular activities, clubs to stimulate the spirit of learning among students. Beside formal classes, they need to have good environment to interact, and learn about the country, people and culture of English-speaking countries, the value of the language they are learning. Organizing activities of English Clubs in schools also contributes innovative teaching methods to improve the educational quality, create a healthy educational environment to improve the effectiveness of comprehensive education in schools. From the base of the above, I determine that the organizating and maintaining effectively the English club are very practical, which is the ideal destination for those who love English Club, where they have more opportunities to expand their knowledge of English and feel more confident in communication.
2.2. Really state of affairs .
1. Current status of the school.
Tinh Hai Secondary School is located in a commune in the province 's southern East coast of Tinh Gia district. The school has a teaching staff who are young, enthusiastic, capable of teaching and always love their job. In the field of education, my school is always interested in, focused on teaching and learning. And my school always receives the active support of the local government so many years, the school was rewarded as the advanced school in the district. But beside that the school has faced many difficulties in education. Visual media, pictures, furniture for teaching and learning English are lacking.
2. For teacher.
Being a teacher for many years teaching English in secondary school by the method of innovation, I myself noticed and had so many difficulties of teaching English after the method of innovation, especially The difficulty of pronunciation and communication skills. I myself did not feel confident enough to communicate with people who speak in English. Because of teaching English after the method of innovation and I tried my best to overcome the difficulty, to find out an effective method to help students communicate confidently. 
3. About students and parents.
Due to a commune in the coastal areas, people live mainly on fishing but because of over population, their living standards are low and strenuous. The majority of parents are not really interested in their child's learning. In adding to that, learning self-discipline of students is poor. And their life has been directly effected from the Project of Nghi Son Refinery & Petrolchemical Limited Liability Company. Everyday, communication skill of students compared with students in urban areas is limited. Therefore, learning and communicating in English, a foreign language of the children, are more difficult. Pronunciation of their native language also leads to more errors in communicating. So teaching English is also more difficult. Most of the students are very timid and shy, especially they have opportunity to communicate.
 Most students at Tinh Hai secondary school, at grade 6 in particular, can not determine the goal of learning English. The use of English is limited in their lives, they do not dare to speak and communicate with friends in English. Moreover, in the learning process, students are not good at communicating skill, it is difficult to communicate. To communicate effectively, students must be trained and practised communicating more to get used to English communication. The innovation of teaching methods pay much attention to find out an effective method, proactive practices of students in English. But most of the children here do not have good conditions to learn English communicating skill, time for learning is limited, the reference document depends on the family economy, from which the investment for learning communicating skill is limited, too.
 The question is how we overcome these difficulties in order to improve the learning quality of communicating skill and help students communicate more confident in using English as a second language, proficient in words, sentences, especially for students in coastal area as grade 6 students at Tinh Hai secondary School.
Understanding the situation, concerning about the quality of courses and trying to find a new direction in teaching English to reach the goal of communication, I have conducted a survey about the communicating ability of the students in grade 6 at Tinh Hai secondary School in the first week of the academic year, 2017-2018 with the following content:

After conducting a survey on the level of engagement of students in grades 6 through speaking skill in English, I obtained the following results:

 Indeed, the above results, I found out that communicating skill of students in grade 6 is limited. we see that the number of students in all three classes 6 who can interact well, reflect quickly through some basic core language learned in the program is still relatively low, at 11.0% of the total No. 101 students, the number of students reaching basic levels of communication is very modest about 43.0%. and the number of students not achieving speaking skill is very high, accounting for 46.0% of 101 students. There are many objective and subjective reasons about survey results Speaking of the grade 6 students that is not good, they may include the following main reasons:
- They are timid, shy and are not self-confident when they practise communicating with their friends or teacher.
- Psychological characteristics of the grade 6 students are very active, exploring, or imitative, but quickly tired and forgetful.
- Many children with difficult family circumstances, they have to support their families, that is why they do not have much time to study English.
- They do not receive the support of their family in English object at home as other subjects, because most parents know nothing about foreign language.
- The condition of their learning is limited. Most students do not have dictionaries, reference books, video tapes used to learn, especially communicating environment is not available.
- Over many years in secondary school, teaching and working with my students, I understand the disadvantages, their difficulties, especially for foreign language courses. I think the main causes leading to low academic performance, lack of confidence in their communication is that they do not have environment to interact, share and learn development skills, 
2.3. The solutions used to solve the problem:
With the desire to reduce the disadvantage for the students, at least in learning, improve the quality of courses and communication skills of the students, I have boldly planned to organize and operate English Club for students grade 6 submitted to the school leaders with the following content:
1. The concept of English clubs in schools: 
English club in schools is the place where students gather with the same interests, talents in the discipline English voluntary participation in learning activities and entertainment suitable for themselves.
2. The purpose of the club activities:
- Enhance pedagogical teacher.
- Develop environment for students to use and practice English language skills learned in a natural way and excited.
- Master knowledge and English skills through the activities of the club.
- Create a healthy, exciting, and rewarding playground to attract students to participate in, contribute to enrich the life of group activities for students.
- Create an environment for students with an interest in English, nurture and develop the gifted students in English courses.
 3. Time:
- During the first fifteen minutes of Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays every week, it is controlled by students, especially by monitor of each class.
- On Saturdays or the last day of the fourth week of the month, it is controlled by Teacher.
4. Budget:

5. Type of Organization
- Organizing activities of the club at least once a month under the guidance of teachers.
- Organizing a small picnic for members of the Club three times in a school year.
- Playing the game, English quiz.
- Organizing group singing the song, chant in English and English songs.
- Discussion of problems in the learning process.
- Testing about writing and reading short essays in English.
- Listening to English stories and storytelling in English.
- Painting according to the each theme, performance, as postcards, posters. 
6. The principles that teachers should adhere to the extracurricular activities of high efficiency:
- Seize the psychology of secondary students.
- Do research and change forms of club activities monthly.
- Be a guide, a monitor to motivate and elicit ideas to help students.
- Help students actively involve in the activities.
- Encourage students share their difficulties and help students who are in need. 
- Cheer and reward students when they complete the activity well.
- Choose suitable content in teaching.
- Let students work in pairs or in groups, emulate environment to encourage them to actively participate in interactive activities.
- Create opportunities for students to interact with teachers or their friends. Especially Students can be interacted with the foreigner volunteer staff of Nghi Son Refinery & Petrolchemical Limited Liability. so that they become familiar with the interaction of language, strong in communication and promote positive in all activities.
- Rich, varied and carefully prepared.
- Create a relaxed, exciting atmosphere for students to participate in activities of the Club.
7. Members of the club and the provisions on membership:

- Grade 6 students who wish to foster, train and raise the level of English.
+ The interests of club members:
- To participate in the official activities of the Club.
- Pharmacy advice, help advance the difficulties in the process of learning English.
- To participate in the cooperation program between clubs and organizations within and outside the school to raise the level of English.
- To have the rights to make constructive comments Club.
- To have the rights to seek out the Club if they wish.

- Strictly obey the rules and regulations of all the club's activities.
- Actively participate in the activities of the Club.
- Actively contribute ideas and content to build the club.
- Members of English Club must be allowed and agreed by their parents.

 Consensus of the managing staff and cooperation of the unions, the teachers in the school, I started to deploy the registered participation for grade 6 students of English Clubs. On last Saturdays or Sundays of the month, the club meetings for students is regularly held under the joy of the members.
To help students learn English as learning to speak Vietnamese, then to talk directly, using these words everyday life, participate in games, songs or stories are repeated with regular frequency. Fun to master vocabulary and language will make efforts every day to children imitate and remember. Regular exercise will help capital-age children "catchy, fast forgetting" to build vocabulary certainty, reflection and thinking directly in English. For students in the coastal areas such as Tinh Hai Secondary School is hard to create
